Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law, Psychology or Management).
  • At least 2 years’ experience as HR Supervisor with background in F&B industry preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing general affairs.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and asset management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer skills including HR software such as Talenta, payroll, data processing.
  • Leadership and coaching skills.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Manages and enhances daily HR operations including generating internal official documents (offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, warning letters).
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for office & supervisory/management positions, and assisting onboarding procedures aligned with operations and sales projections.
  • Providing ongoing training and creating performance management plans and overseeing the entire process of training and KPI evaluation.
  • Addresses general affairs issues, takes appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules/regulations and handles employee grievances.
  • Stays informed about trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and advancements in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Oversees industrial and government relations ensuring compliance with labor laws, manages HR policies, record-keeping and payroll support.
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations; maintaining physical and digital employee files.
  • Creating employee engagement plans, obtaining necessary budget approvals and initiating activities; evaluating employee performance and appraising pay scale accordingly.
