Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the home appliances electronics industry or related
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter with a hands-on approach
  • Flexible, open to changes, and able to multitask in restricted timeframes
  • Ability to take critical decisions and handle stress
  • Persuasive, innovative, target-oriented, and strong networking skills
  • Logical and analytical minded
  • Willing to travel and handle the Lampung area
  • Vaccinated against Covid-19

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract achievement and maintain good relationships
  • Monitor Sales progress updates according to sales forecast
  • Ensure achievement for sales omset, campaign, and all targets for stores
  • Support sales promotion activities and ensure dealers purchase products by issuing PO
  • Monitor and verify product pricing lists and submit pricing info to management
  • Handle and manage product returns and AR (Accounts Receivable) collections
  • Administer processes related to the dealer support program
  • Coordinate matters related to product pricing, invoices, and tax invoices
  • Support branch offices in resolving sales-related cases
  • Provide training for newly hired sales administrators
